20250214在ubuntu20.04下使用obs studio录制外挂的1080p的USB摄像头

缘起：笔记本电脑在ubuntu20.04下使用Guvcview录制自带的摄像头，各种问题。
1、降帧率。WIN10/11自带的相机应用可以满速30fps，马上重启到ubuntu20.04，使用Guvcview就只有15fps（13-16）。【同等条件下】
2、绿色屏幕。海康威视的一款摄像头E12出现过。
3、guvcview新版本的录像/录音有更多的编码格式可供选择。但是输出默认MKV格式。录音默认mp2。兼容性差。
4、问DeepSeek，建议我用ubuntu自带的cheese或者obs studio。cheese感觉是和Guvcview一样的轻量级应用，就算了。
电脑使用X99主板+NVIDIA的M6000的专业显卡。安装好显卡驱动【不装M6000的驱动，估计是不能硬件压缩的！^_】。
